Customer Support Specialist (Support Agent)

With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch. 

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

 

Location: Hybrid/Remote Work

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to player issues using the Zendesk platform
  • Preparing regular reports on work
  • Preparing FAQs for games in cooperation with PMs
  • Constant cooperation with other departments of the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Specialist or a related position
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Ability to estimate work time and efficiency
  • Ability to organize work
  • Communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Very good ability to use the Zendesk platform
  • Knowledge of the game industry and terminology used by mobile game players
  • Knowledge of procedures for responding to the most common bugs reported by users
