Publishing Manager

Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch. 

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Publishing Manager

Location: Gdańsk/Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with external partners in the mobile game publishing process
  • Leading the internal validation process of external projects
  • Providing external partners with the necessary technical and content support
  • Updating and managing project roadmap
  • Optimization of internal processes and internal and external communication
  • Reporting progress to the Product Owner/Team Manager
  • Overseeing the correct implementation of established processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience as a Project Manager or similar
  • Experience in the gamedev industry
  • Continuous desire to optimize operations
  • Independence in problem solving
  • Ability to estimate work time and be punctual
  • Ability to manage projects on time and on budget
  • Good work organization
  • Communication skills
  • Flexible mindset
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheet
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira or other product management tools

Nice to have:

  • Practical knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., firebase, game analytics) 
  • Knowledge of the production cycle phases of a mobile game and knowledge of the internal production process
